Important: This is a summary of key program terms. Complete terms will be presented during registration and must be reviewed and accepted before creating your account.
Company Ownership Model
When you refer a hiring manager at a company, you establish ownership of that entire company (identified by email domain) for a rolling 90-day period.
How it works:
- You refer John Smith at [email protected]
- You now own the domain "ibm.com" for 90 days
- No other partner can refer anyone at IBM during this period
- If John moves to Microsoft, you keep IBM ownership (if timer is active)
- You must make a new referral for John at Microsoft
Key Points:
- Domain-based ownership: [email protected] and [email protected] both map to "ibm.com"
- 90-day rolling timer: Extends with meaningful engagement (new searches, interviews, placements)
- Company focus: You're building a relationship with the company, not just one person
- Clear boundaries: When person changes companies, you need a new referral for the new company
Referral Requirements
To register a referral, you must provide:
- Hiring manager's full name and business email address
- Hiring manager's LinkedIn profile URL (required for person identification)
- Company name and hiring manager's job title
- Description of your relationship and the opportunity
Note: Personal emails (gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.) are not eligible for company ownership. Business email required.
Commission Structure
Partners earn 10% of the placement fee for successful hires resulting from their referrals.
Typical Commission Range:
$3,000 - $65,000+ per placement
Commission is paid within 14 days after Salisi receives payment from the client.
Commission Eligibility:
Commission eligibility is determined by who owned the company when the search was initiated (when the meeting was scheduled). Even if ownership changes before the placement is made, the original owner receives the commission.
90-Day Rolling Timer
Your company ownership lasts for 90 days from when the meeting occurs (verified via Zoom).
Timer Starts When:
- The hiring manager schedules a meeting (via Calendly)
- The meeting actually occurs (verified via Zoom)
- 90-day countdown begins from meeting occurrence date
Timer Resets With Engagement:
The timer extends another 90 days when there is meaningful engagement:
- New search/job order created
- Candidate slate presented
- Interview scheduled
- Offer extended
- Placement made
Active relationships can maintain ownership for months or years through continuous engagement.
Meeting Verification
For a referral to be activated and the timer to start:
- Hiring manager must schedule a meeting via your unique Calendly link
- Meeting must actually occur (verified via Zoom)
- Hiring manager must attend the meeting
If a meeting is marked as "no-show" or "not qualified," the timer will not start, but your referral remains active for future opportunities.
Duplicate Referrals
The system automatically prevents duplicate referrals:
- Company duplicates: If another partner tries to refer anyone at a company you own, registration is blocked
- Person duplicates: LinkedIn URL identifies unique individuals across companies
If you believe a referral should be allowed despite a duplicate alert, email [email protected] for manual review.
